SFGAm parking

I really don't want to put down $10 for a traffic jam at the end of my day at SFGAm next week, so do any of you know any places to legally park around there within walking distance, like one of the neighborhoods or something?

Unless you know someone who lives nearby, there is no free parking anywhere around SFGAm. If you park in one of the shopping center lots all day, you will probably be towed. You could probably get away with parking at Gurnee Mills, but the walk is probably 2 miles or so.

Well then take the bus from Mills to the park there's a stop right out front.

You can park in the burger King Parking lot right across the street. It is usually empty and this is what my familly sometimes does. Also you could park on a side street close by

Yeah Sean C. , and risk having your car towed, thinking your car was stolen, finding out from the police that in fact it was towed, paying a cab to take you to the towing yard, and shelling about $100 to get it out. I really dont think its worth it to save $10.

My car had gummi bears on it when I came out of the park? I thought Jolly Ranchers were traditional. But, I don't know who did it, but it provided for some odd entertainment as I peeled the rainbow of carnage of my car, hehe.

I came into the park today with my cousin and being an employee, we drove around to the front at 9:00, so there was no one in the parking lot yet. So, we got a pretty spiffy parking spot! Yeah! When we came out around 12:30 to go pick up my sister so she could come in, my car had a bunch of gummi bears stuck onto it. I don't know why, but someone put them there, grr. But, it was fun, for some reason, pulling them off.
