Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?
I would be interested in knowing a few things about what would come-into play to the possible trips.
How far of a drive to both parks? What time of the year would you be going? Weekday or weekend? What kind of overall budget are you looking at? Would it include an over-night stay in the respective city and/or doing anything else in the area? Any possibility of visiting other park(s) in the surrounding area if the planning would be possible to do so? Going by yourself or with others?
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, that felt better :)
Anyway, there is no way that you could convince me to choose KennyWood over SFGAm, especially if it was an even amount of time since I'd visited them. Kennywood is a nice park, I'm sure, but only Phantom's Revenge and the Kangaroo are rides I'm in a tizzy to ride again (note: T-bolt was closed my only visit). The Potato Patch food was excellent for park food (emphasis added). But the MooseBurger Lodge burgers @ SFGAm were the best non-homemade burgers I've had...ever!
And while I adore Phantom's Revenge, it cannot overcome the call of Raging Bull, Viper, Iron Wolf AND Batman. Just too much competition. But if you're a cheap bastard with no SF pass, then perhaps KW *is* for you :)
