How do you get in? Is it specific classes and clubs?
Is this a private party? Because I haven't heard a thing about this either.

I think the terms "media day" and "closed event"/"buyout" may be being confused here.

Its basically a media day for school newspapers. This way, the kids go back to their schools and tell other kids about the rides and the park gets more guest.....sneaky sneaky. It's free too, but there is a maximum of 4 kids per school.

coasteraddict,

Can I just show up, or do I have to bring a form of ID or something. Also when are we allowed to come in?

This year, all the Six Flags parks opening any new rides are holing a high school media day for their new attractions. They are usually very small, scaled down media days for high school journalists to advertise the new ride to high schools.

That's marketing genius right there. What a great idea. Get the ride in front of a gigantic portion of your target audience. What kid wouldn't want to cover it for their school paper? Very forward thinking. Bravo to their PR staff.
