SFGAm Friday Nights at Frightfest??

How have the crowds traditionally been on Firday nights during Frightfest? I usually go on the first Sunday of the event, but this year it's looking like it's gonna be this Friday night. Is it crowded? Long wait times? What has anyone else experienced, crowdwise, on past Friday Frightfests??
