SFGAM fans should be able to help me...

Friday, October 11, 2002 1:45 PM

Im looking for the music that was played in the 3D video of Deja Vu they had on their website after DejaVu was announced. I also used to hear it on commercials for the Beach movie with Leonardo Decaprio. I just need the name of the song please. Thanks for your help.

btw, im new here, I have been to many parks including CP, SFGAM, SFSTL, TGE, IOA, PKI, HP, BGW and my favorite Kennywood.

If your new here you should read the Terms of Service Agreement you agreed to which state's no "hi im new here posts" But as for the original question there should be a credit at the begginning and end of the video.

Yea but you see the problem is that they have the exact same video, but the music is different than it once was. Also, there is no credits, even if it was still the right song. And this is not a Im new here topic at all. That was just a little side note, not at all the entire point of the topic.

Yes but it had no relation to the original post. Also, no one asked which parks you've been to, and frankly, no one cares because it has no relevance. If people wanted to see that info.(I'm assuming you're a club member.) You would put that in your profile.

If you dont care about it, just dont say anything about it. I dont see why you think you need to push me around for doing nothing wrong. Im sorry if me saying in one short sentance what parks ive been to is aginst the rules. Your not a moderator so you really have no business telling me what is right and wrong anyways. So until I get a spanking from a moderator, I will disregard you.

Colonel Sanders, why do you need to be pushing around the newer members on this board. If we end up treating all the newbies like you are treating him then there will be no growth on this board. As Bill Murray said in Stripes, "Lighten up Francis"

Try "I See Stars" by Robin Fox. That's the only music I remember from any of the Deja Vu animations.

And yeah, let's lighten up a bit CS.

everything here is in voilation of the TOS, and just because someone types something up dosent mean its a binding contract!, i could easily cite legal instances, especially online where some TOS or online "disclaimer" did not hold up in any court of law, but im to lazy to get my txtbooks out

If this was a TOS violation, it would have been deleted or closed by now due to it's time as a thread. (Granted, saying that pretty much guarantees a close;)) Some of you people definitely need to lighten your loads a bit. Give the newbies a break. I say welcome to the new guys! Hope you like it here. I don't always agree with some of the posters, but there are a lot of great people here, and we (most of us anyway) hope you like it as much as we do. Become a member, and help Jeff support the site!

I am truly sick of this. If a post is in violation of TOS, don't reply to it! It's that simple. The only people who need to care what is in or not in violation of the TOS are the moderators. Have a good time on these boards and mine your own business. It is not your concern if someone is violating the rules. I am sick of seeing twenty posts about "This is in violation of TOS and should be closed" for any and every thread which might be in violation. Jeff and the moderators can close threads if they feel like it. They can keep threads open that are against TOS(and do often). Especially to the people who respond to the "What is your favorite...?" threads who say "Oh I think that TOS is my favorite..." If you think that that is funny, then you have a bad sense of humor(or the joke is getting really old). Just my thoughts.

Just thought I'd put a little word in here... I think you're ALL wrong. stljason's post was in no way a violation of the terms of services. There is no reason to delete this post, or to actually "reprimand" the poster. That being said, stljason: We do try to keep the threads on this board somewhat logical, and frankly, there was no reason I could see for that particluar sentence. So, here's a gentle suggestion, one friendly non-moderator to another. it would be nice if you could make your transitions a bit smoother, and include all pertinant information. I see you don't have many posts, desbite having registered a while ago. Well, don't let the way some people treat you get you down. I'm sure you have lots of interesting things to add to the discussions here.

Oh, and as for the music, I have no clue. I was too busy watching the video to even really notice that music was being played.

Sorry.

Okay Okay But It really ticks me off when people agree to something without reading it. It specifically tells you what is mandatory to read. I guess I shouldn't be so harsh but then again more people should read what they're about to agree to.

Edit: I'm not mad at him for stating that hes new I'm frustrated that he stated his parks. What was the point? Does he think that he will seem more intellectual on the subject of rollercoasters? I'm just sick of seeing people violate the tos when they should have read it. Also I remember seeing a topic just like this a few months ago he could've done a search.(But then again That search engine is almost impossible if you are new.) Sorry for being such a Buzzkill ;) (pun sorta intended.)

Hmmmm, I just found the commercial. but no luck with the song. Edit: Try looking for songs from the beach soundtrack. I'm sure if it was on the commercial it is on the soundtrack.

Play was an awesome album. Too bad that no talent hack eminem has to badmouth good artists to get press.

Edit: Also I went to a haunted house tonight and in the arcade was an old pole position II machine. It had that racetrack with an amusement park in the background that is in japan and what looked like a Giant Ferris Wheel and A white boomerang type coaster. Anyone have a clue as to what the now defunct coaster was supposed to be?
