I say we re-theme the Demon! It's no longer the Demon without the original logo, music, and "blood". There were fountains around the corkscrews that shot "blood". I say we bring all of this back, or rip down the rocks and re-theme it.
Anyone with me?

Have you ever seen the Demon?
Have you ever heard him scream.............

Arrow Engineer: "Well, we just tested the prototype Suspended with an inversion and the car broke off the stick thing. We plan to reuse the stick things on a future prototype called a 4th dimension."
Personally, I'd rather that SFGAM spend the money to make sure that there is some sort of theme for their new coaster rather than dedicating it to a 20+ year old ride, especially if they're going to put it in Shockwave's existing footprint. The rocks & tunnels are actually in much better condition now then they were in the 90s. I'll take the old rocks & waterfall of the Demon over Shockwave's "Parking Lot" theme any day.
;-)
I don't mean to offend anyone, but I was lead to believe that the Demon used to have a very demonic evil theme (mostly centred on the logo with glowing red eyes and eerie music). However, when I heard the 5-minute version of the theme song I couldn't help but laugh at how cheesy it sounded. Does the 25-minute version having something different?
I also agree that money should be spent on the themes of the new rides. The Demon already at least has *some* sort of theme.

WE? I don't think "we" are the park. How about "SFGAm should re-theme the Demon"? Please don't use the ownership tense. it sounds silly.
As for re-theming, lets keep the present theming with an update and/or fixing job. Bring the red water back, the original sign, the music and the smoke. Thats the original theming, no need for a new one.
The 25 minute audio track is peppered with fake news reports and stories, and it's not meant to scare you at all, it's incredible corny.

All I need is 4.5 million bucks and a half a mile long sliver of land and maybe someone could build me my very own Shivering Timbers. ;)
I don't know about the red water, lots of people will put up a fuss about that. In England Nemisis can use red water to be kind of like blood because people are not usually offended by that stuff over there. While I've never been to Europe I spoke to a friend of mine who said that during every commercial break there was at least one incredibly graphic commercial, it's not sensored as much over there as it is here.
I think the music is cool and smoke and a strobe would be a nice touch, but even if they don't change a thing it will still be one of the greatest Arrow's creations!
