I arrived at the park around 4:30 or so. I picked up my tickets, and waited in line. I waited with the rest of the crowd just wanting to sprint to the Southwest Territory, or to the broadcasting place at Hometown Square. When they opened the gates I ran towards the Raging Bull.
My first coaster in months:Raging Bull, was this thing cruising! It was running smooth and fast. Just as if it was new. After that, I decided to hit Giant Drop. This ride is freaky. Even after I've ridden it a lot of times, it still scares the living **** out of me! After that, I headed over to Viper. Great ride, and running great. We decided to go towards the back, and it was worth it too!
After that ride on Viper, I decided to hit Demon. New restraints, and front seat combined make a great ride. While over in that area, I got to see CLOSE-UP shots of Deja Vu. This ride is looking good. The first tower is pretty much done, and they are starting on the second tower. After taking 20 pics of so of Deja Vu, I decided to head over to B:TR. Batman (Also with new restraints) was insane! I never really liked this ride, but it is now one of my favorite rides at SFGam. Out of all the coasters, the longest wait I had was 30 minutes.
While over by B:TR, I got to check out V2. This ride is almost completed. All of the track is up. The trains are on the track ,and it looks like they are working on the station, and que. We then went around the park again, and went on the Whizzer. This ride is better than I thought it was. Fast paced, and parts where it looks like you are going to slam into trees. I like the ride.
I didn't listen to the music, and I don't think I missed anything. Overall, it was a great day, moderate temperatures, and short lines. I WILL post some construction pictures tommarow at my web site!

It was a good night, everything went well. 2001 is really going to be a fantastic season at the park, I can tell. Y'all have fun next Saturday, May 5!

The Bull crew was great! There were no problems at all. Everything was better this year than last year.

Did they add a few of the doubble belt restraints for the "larger guests"? I am asking and hoping from my own personal good.
