SFGAM Media day tomorrow!!

If you watch the news at all you would know that a bunch of news channels will be at SFGAM tomorrow. 23 WIFR out of Rockford is going to have a live broadcast out of Gurnee and the guy who gets to go says he gets to ride the V2 and DejaVu!
Yes thats right the DejaVU!!
So if you get 23 WIFR, watch tomorrow's morning show from 5am-7am CT.
I can't wait!
I don't think Deja Vu will be open. But if it's true, Saturday (if I go) will be the bomb.

I'm only telling you what the news guy said
I'm wondering, what time of the day do these usually happen? I remember back in '99, around when Raging Bull opened, WLUK Fox 11 (Green Bay) was there in the morning. I missed most of it, I had to leave to goto school...

-------------
Next up: Stupid human tricks! Followed by: Stupid pet tricks!
Why can that never happen?
Deja Vu? Whoa. It seemed they need A LOT more work on it the last time I went. But i'll be wathcing tomarow and I'll be going Sunday. SWEEET
Deja Vu, my butt. The ride hasn't even tested yet.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but coasters actually need trains on the track before people ride them, right? Just making sure. :)

-------------
"No listenin', you hear me?"
Deja-Vu is not complete yet. Was there yesterday and the crane and construction crew were still working. They havent even started the que lines or completed the land work around it. The construction fence is still there and the dust is still flying. Will it be open tomorrow? NO!!!!!

Deja Vu not ready yet, over 4 - 5 weeks Deja Vu will be finished.
I believe they have to build the station in order for individuals to ride as well as place the trains on the track. Crazy Stuff!

Well Just to let everyone know I was at Media Day and Yes it was ONLY V2. Deja Vu was being worked on while we were there. They plan to have another media day when it is ready. Be forwarned big people may not be able to ride V2. I am somewhat big and had to have people really push down on the harness so I could ride.

Hey beast7369? Read my SFGAm TR and my disappointment of not being able to ride V2.
Legendary is a ride op at many rides - Raging Bull is his baby.

Chitown,
I did and I am shocked that you could not ride it. As I am larger in the weight department than you are. But I hope this really encourages me to lose weight that I badly need to do. I made a commitment to myself that if I ever got to big to ride a rollercoaster then I would start trying my butt off to lose weight...so here goes. Also you can read my TR from today here on Coasterbuzz.

Im 6ft, not big, I can barely fit on the Iron Wolf now, and V2, I have some room to go. I fealt bad the first day it opened, all these excited people, and watching the jump up, even the handicapped people, and they couldnt ride it. Thats sucks.
Is that one piece still missing from Deja Vu? its been like that since opening day!. lol Well, im going to the park for an hour, gotta ride V2 again, Im at 31 already, the ride gets better and better! Peace
