SFGAdv Question - CoasterBuzz

Last year, SFGAdv was opened on Oct. 30th & 31st...I was there both days. I can't find out if they're doing the same thing this year...they're saying their last operating day is October 28th, but they said that in 2000 also. Last year I found out about it word-of-mouth. I called but only get their recording which doesn't address the "bonus days". Does anyone officially know if they'll be open on the 30th and 31st again this year? I hope so. Thanks much!! I'm at work and had to type this quickly so if anyone else has already asked this, I'm sorry to repeat.

Yeah, SFWoA and SFA did this last year too. I also wondered if anyone had heard about them at these parks as well

I'm not sure about the 30 but I know there open Halloween.

Ummmm, the 30th and 31st were a weekend last year, right? So, the 28th is the last sunday of October this year, hence making it the final day of operation.

Actually, C131, the 31st last year was either a Monday or a Tuesday. I know it definitely was NOT a Sunday because I took the bus up to SFA after work that day...and the bus doesnt run on Sundays

Try calling the number you have between 9 and 4 eastern time and push "0" when the recording starts...you may get an operator.

Six Flags parks are only opened on weekends now. So with Halloween being during the week..they will not be opened. Their last operating weekend is the weekend before Halloween.

Last year, Oct 31st was on a Tuesday. Great Adventure was open since I was there and got the last ride on Medusa for the season. Im not sure if they will be open for halloween this year or not though. I will check and get back to you.

They stay open if the attendance is good the previuos week, the weather forcast is good, and if they have staffing. Its played by ear. And, it is a bonus.
