SFGAdv or SFNE

Can anyone help me? It's my birthay next friday and my parents are taking me to a SF park so they can get season passes. Should I go to SFGAdv or SFNE? They are both an equal distance from my home and the Season Passes are cheaper in SFNE. I have been dieing to get on Superman again and ride Batman but I keep on thinking to myself, "Do I want to miss all SFGAdv has to offer when there are such short lines (compared to the summer)". I won't be getting to another SF until summer. Any help is aprechiated.

Sorry for the Grammer and Spelling

SFNE by a mile
Gadv is my home park. Go to SFNE. S:ROS is awesome.
I certainly disagree. (I almost fainted when I saw this comparison) Great Adventure has the better floorless, the better invert, launched coaster, and the second best hyper coaster. So it sux in the woody department, but it has a lot more rides, attractions, scenery, animals, better service.

My brother rode and he said it was awesome.

Go to SFNE. If you'll be at SFGAv in the summer, then don't pass this one up. The cheaper season pass is another perk. Superman looks to be the best ride around, and B:DK looks like one of the more intense B&M creastions.

R.I.P Megadeth. 20 Years of Metal will not be forgotten.

Oh man, you can't miss the incredible duo of S:RoS and B:DK. They are insane when ridden one after another. And, they offer the best of both sides. S:RoS for airtime and B:DK for inversions.

SFNE drops the "floor" on SFNE for 2002! Visit my new site, www.geocities.com/sfneguide for some great pics of SFNE and lots of other info.!!!

If your going to gadv in the summer, I think you should go to SFNE.. The rides are awesome in both parks, too. Ride Batman And Robin if both open in the summer too! you should wait until they are both open and go..
no way sfne is better than gadv. gadv has better service, more rides, and imo, better rides

ntro laps:24
medusa laps: 35
and hopefully many laps to come on the chiller with lap bars!!!!

SFNE is my homepark. Yes...the price for my season pass was nice. You're so lucky to have both equally apart from each other. To answer your question, go to SFNE. S:RoS is worth it anyday. I'll tell ya, I'd wait 3 hours for it. B:TDK's 0-g roll is amazing and the first hill is the best in the back. Those are the only worthwhile parts of the ride. Overall it is not that great but is still a great ride. Somedays I feel like riding S:RoS all day.

TOP 5
1. Alpengeist, 2. Magnum XL-200, 3. Superman: Ride of Steel (SFNE), 4. Volcano: The Blast Coaster, 5. Apollo's Chariot
Close Calls 1. Grizzly (PKD), 2. Batwing, 3. Montu

I would have to concur with most people, except that I would say Medusa is a much better floorless than B:DK. It's just bigger and isn't over in 45 seconds.

If you only get to one, pick GAdv, but if you get to go to the other later in the summer, definitely start with SFNE.

AC?, RB?, MF?, DD?, PR? Who can keep track of it all?

I have never been to either park but if I had to choose I think I would rather go to SFGAdv. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to go to both parks, I just think I'd enjoy Great Adventure more. I guess I'll just have to find out for myself sometime soon.

SFNE now, SFGAd later. By the time you get to SFGAd in the summertime, Chiller *should* be running reliably and the park will be fully staffed. SFNE should be pretty empty with people in church and brunch, etc should you decide to go on Sunday. Don't miss out on SFNE! With SRoS, Cyclone, BDK, and Thunderbolt, not to mention a few other cool rides - you'll have a great time...especially with the light crowds. SFNE's a madhouse on summer weekends - it seems like all of NE heads down to the park on sunny weekends...!

Go to SFNE now, since you will be at SFGAdv later anyways. Why go to the same park twice when you have the choice to ride the best hyper coaster out there? SFGAdv may have quantity, but personally, I say SFNE because of its wide assortment. It has 2 great woodies, an awesome floorless, and a spectacular hyper. Just because SF payed for an SLC and Boomerang, as well as a cloned kiddie coaster, doesn't mean its a bad park. You'd be hard pressed to find a park with as great a assortment of flat rides. A lot better theming, too IMO. SFNE has themed areas, whereas SFGAdv only has themed rides, and a few themed areas. I'm not trying to put down SFGAdv, all I'm saying is youre going there later anyway, so go to SFNE while you have the chance!

Make it to SFNE for S:Ros and BDK!!!!
