That is a ride similar to the ejection chair, it is found at many small parks such as go-cart parks. It is kind of like the sky coaster.

96 is right on. It's an S&S Sky Sling. It'll be great riding one of these again... I've truely missed VertiGo. I wonder if it'll be up in time for opening day...

Edit - The previous Absolutely Insane models went up quite fast... I remember VertiGo at CP went up within 3 or so weeks!
