SFGAD To get B&M Flying Coaster!

Rumor - (7/10/02) It seems that several survey flags have appeared all around the Viper/Medusa side of the “Western” lake area, as seen in the photo below. Most of these either park the edge of the lake itself or are wraped around trees near the water’s edge. Now the good news doesn’t end here however...
The word has leaked out that the park is planning to add a B&M Flyer (SFOG’s Superman: Ultimate Flight) to the park next season. What is odd is that they will introduce an all new loading system for the coaster to speed up the lengthy process. It seems that instead of seating the riders like an Inverted style ride and then pulling them up into the flying position, the cars will have a turntable device that will rotate the rider’s seats in such a fashion to the side (while twisting the track around in barrel-roll fashion) to allow for perfectly normal loading from the side.

While rumors are fun to think about, they generally make for dull and repetative conversation. Let's wait until something is for real.
