SFDL

Hey, I am going to Darien Lake this summer and I was wondering if some of you could tell me about the rides, coasters, and food. Thanks.

Go on SuperMan Ride of Steel it is so cool !!!!
It uses the same car design as MF and the first drop is amazing.

Yeah, Superman Ride of Steel is the best ride there. Other than that, they have an Arrow 5 looper, a Vekoma SLC, a Boomerang coaster, and a decent woodie. The food there is decent and they have some good games and flat rides. The only thing they are lacking is some type of freefall ride, no shuttle coaster, nor anything really record breaking. I think this park is going in a really good direction. I hope they get those dueling woodies next year!!!

Superman is amazing. The trains are a little narrower than MF's, but frankly feel even more open because of their smaller size. The SLC is just like any other (ouch!), the Arrow looper is like any other (ouch!), the Boomerang is like any other, and I've yet to get on Predator (the woodie) because it's been closed both times I've been there. It's not a bad little park, as they've got a nice variety of flat rides. They have killer pizza at this stand near the kiddie coaster.

Overall, best run of the three Six Flags parks I've been to, but hoping my visit to SFGAm will change tha tomorrow!
