SFA's Drop Ride - CoasterBuzz

Could someone please tell me how tall it is and what type of Intamin Drop Ride It is. Is it a clone of Drop Zone. Also could you explain to me if it takes you up straight and what type of seating it has. I couldn't find anything I just saw a picture with it in it. Thank You

Yea, Its not tall, buts its still very fun. It gives around 2+secs of airtime I think before it starts to brake.

second-gen, fun, rideable......it was cool finding out about the braking system last night, and I have to say that I prefer the braking action to start CLOSE to the ground.....but most people HERE probably do too....;)

Anyone know exactly what it does. Does it shoot you up or hold you at the top?

It pulls u up to the top, holds u for 3 seconds, then drops u. Nothing spectacular.

It is a 140 ft. Intamin 2nd-gen drop ride (a Giant drop). It is the same type of ride as the Drop Zones except for the one at PKI (and the one coming to PKD), which are Gyro Drops. It takes you straight up and drops you. The brakes are relatively close to the ground causing a more sudden stop than some other drop rides, but it is a short drop ride. There are three sides to the ride, but only two run on a daily basis. The seats were repainted this year.
