SFA Starts 2004 Season Pass Sales

Just received a e-mail that SFA is offering 2004 Season Passes for $49.99 starting today. However, when I tried the website, I was told sales would start shortly. Any other parks doing early season pass sales?
SFKK is selling them for I believe 37.99 or something close to that.

You know that you can always purchase a pass in the park as well,so why not just show up in person & do it that way?

This is good that they're selling passes at the park this year for frightfest because they weren't doing it that way in both 01 & 02,not to mention the $49.99 price is a reaal bargain.

This year the sale prices for SFA 03 passes was in the neighborhood of $63.00 to $65.00,now that was just outragously steep considering that SFA isn't anywhere near as big or fully developed like SFGRADV which charges around $80.00 or so for their season passes on average.

PGA has already started selling there WOW and VIP season passes....and the funny thing is that they say that prices go up at the end of October. Isn’t that kind-of early to raise prices?

Every park is selling passes for next year. What's so unusual about that?

What time does the water show start?

They are? I haven't heard SFGAm selling passes for the '04 season.

Actually Jeff is correct, all the parks are selling them. I noticed SFA seemed to be the only place advertising they were selling them. Also, at least last year, SF didn't start selling season passes this early. I know SFGadv did, but SFA didn't start selling Season Passes until March '03.
PKD has them for $81.99, a little steep considering they only have the 5 parks you can go to. But they're offering free parking for the rest of 2003 and all of 2004 if you process your pass by Nov 2nd.
2004 SFAW - $45.99 ... like $20 cheaper than last year... and its good for the rest of 2003 as well...

How much does a parking pass to PKD normally cost?

no one said anything about it being unusual.....

anyone know if the deal where you pay to get in the park, then get a discount on your season pass is always going on at six flags. last year before my coaster trip my girlfriend and i went to sfwoa and bought them at the gate only to find out that if we would have bought a one day admission, we could have purchased a season pass for $25.00, which is cheaper than what we paid.

I'm going on the 1st,I've got the King of the hill season 8 premiere on the 2nd & I'm not gonna miss out on that.

I went this past sunday & SFA was like totally dead,it was walk on central for just about every coaster except S:ROS & even Batwing haad a short line.

I'll be there on the first. I thought the second was that saturday. Thanks for clearning that up for me. I got a busy Schedule coming up. This weekend Busch and PKD, next weekend Six Flags New England, then Six Flags America I wanted to throw Knobles in there but they are closed for the season. .

I actually have my 2004 Six Flags pass already. Next year's passes are light blue, with Bugs Bunny on it. How original... ;)

As stated, I also saw the discount from Paramount. I am curious what their season passes normally go for.

SFNE is only selling the "upgrade tickets" right now where you put a sticker on your existing season pass. I want a new piece of plastic for that money, not a sticker. ;)

Edit: The more I read this, the more it looks like they've discontinued the sticker business and just use your previous picture on a permanent ID card.

lol Greg. I wouldn't care if it was neon pink with Barbie on it. As long as that piece of plastic gets me through the SF gates unlimited times, I am a happy camper. :)
