SFA Question

I will be going to Washington DC next year to visit a buddy of mine and we are going to SFA and PKD. I know PKD is getting a wild mouse coaster but I was wondering what will SFA be getting next year? Anyone know? I'm looking forward to riding S:ROS and Batwing at SFA along with Hypersonic XLC and Volcano at PKD.

There hasn't been any announcement about what will be new at SFA next year, nor have I heard any persistant rumours.
There has been no announcement but i'm thinking a stand up. But then again they have been adding many coasters lately.

1998-Roar
1999-Jokers Jinx
1999-Twoface The Flipside
2000-Superman Ride Of Steel
2001-Batwing

Thats 5 in four years.
I hope they spend some money on landscaping, the Gotham city area is baron.

Medusa:
You forgot "Great Chase" in 1999, a kiddie coaster, but a coaster none the less.

Grant: I agree that 2002 might be a good year for filling out Gotham city with some landscaping and themeing, But then we are already ahead of the guys in Ohio that have to look at parking lines from X-Flight.
don't forget 02 is the parks 20th anniversary. the park first opened back in 1982 as wild world so who knows. maybe they might want to do something big to celebrate. If you ask me I sure hope they add a stand-up or a floorless next season or any time soon but at the moment we just don't know.
I haven't heard any rumors yet. Last year I heard about Batwing in October. I just happened to be in the right line at the right time. This year I don't have anything yet, but one prediction I've heard is Hurricane Harbour. With both PKD and HP going with small coasters for 2002, maybe SFA will get something with a little more punch. Attendance has been very good since Batwing opened. Who knows?
