sfa opening day

ok i went to sfa's opening day. i got a nice look at Ultra Twister it is spread out behind superman. the cars for it are siting next to Joker's Jinx and the wild one. sry for not haveing pics did not have my cell phone or my dig cam *** Edited 4/8/2006 11:04:11 PM UTC by Apac***

I thought that was where they'd store it right where python's track was at.My trip has been put on hold for two weeks of course because of the crappy weather but the good news is at least I got my pass last night :) or more like my pass voucher anyway so that's taken care of for the most part.

If it weren't for the rain I wouldn't be sitting here typing this,I'd be too busy on supes right about now.

How did you understand what Apac was saying, Batwing Fan SFA? Why didn't I get a CoasterBuzz decoder ring? ;)

I would really like to see this ride go up at SFA. I know it seems likely that it will, but SF has moved rides from one park to another in the past, only to see the ride rot in a boneyard.

I haven't had the chance to ride UT before. It looks enjoyable.

I agree with dexter. It would be a great addition to the park.

We shall see just when & if the ride gets put up,there are alot of rumors circulating about the park's possible demise in the next couple of seasons.

So were there any other noticable changes in the park,such as the removal of the eagle<aka the red monument>?

How were rides running? Was Supes and Batwing working??

Well i got the first ride on superman by myself front car then when they went to send me again it went down. Batwing was runing good for a change.Roar was closed because they got new cars for it the black car was on site and it showed up when the park opened it was still on the truck.but everything eles was up and runing from what i saw

Sorry, I lost my decoder ring, too & trying to make this out. Sounds like Roar has new cars, but does the "black car" have something to do with Roar or is that the hearse or Batmobile? Is it the black car (a Roar car perhaps?) that is on site but still on a truck?

Hey BFSFA, did you not go into like a two-month long tirade where you posted in every thread, even those which your comments had no relavence to (surprise, surprise there ... ) at the end of last season that you were NEVER going to SFA again? That you were a PKD person now, and would never return to SFA? Yet here you sit with a season pass talking about your trip to SFA? I mean come on, they haven't installed a coaster in how many years and PKD has a brand-spankin' new one, why are you even bothing?

Could it be that they're swapping out the PTC's for a set of M-Flyers? I doubt it but it sure would be nice if they actually did cuz those PTC's just don't track well.

The cars are the same. Also, I made a mistake, the black train isn't on the track yet. It's sitting behind Roar. Hopefully they will have it on next week.
