When I spoke to a ride supervisor over at superman on opening day he said they have no real idea when their next coaster is coming so I guess we're still up in the air on that one because as of now they still havn't decided yet on what ride they plan on installing next....let alone where in the park it may go or when it'll be added.

Are we going to start this early in the season?

I don't think what the park is going to add for 2006 is at the top of their agenda at this point. I'm sure things like getting two trains back on Superman; JJ and completing the "Ultimate Makeover" for the new Hurricane Harbor are their priorities. *** Edited 4/20/2005 10:46:33 AM UTC by coasterguts***

I have heard future additions for a few SF Parks, especially SFA (multiple rumors) but we shouldn't be worried about that now. 2005 season just basically started and SFI needs to gain back their customers. I am happy for the new additions at SFA!!!!!! Better to get something than nothing. Lets not rush the year through. *** Edited 4/20/2005 1:36:38 PM UTC by SF Critic***

I don't know ALL the Facts!!!!!!
We should be happy that SFI is investing so much money into SFA for 2005 dispite a slacking performance over the last few years. The SFA addition is EASILY in the top 5 parks for most expensive addition for 2005. (Behind SFGAm and SFGAdv... tough to estimate the coast difference between the additions at SFMW, SFNE and SFA). The investment that they're putting into SFA is proof that they have faith that SFA can be something great. I mean, what other SF parks that arn't considered major parks have they invested so much money into over the last 10 years? SFMW and SFNE and that's about it, and each of those parks pull in over 2 million guests a year, nearly double what SFA pulled in for 2004 according to estimates. Don't worry about 2006 now... don't worry about 2006 until AT LEAST Fright Fest. Let the rumors fly, I'd guess most are based on speculation and none are based on facts or evidence. Enjoy Hurricane Harbor in 2005, it's going to be one of the best additions at the park in a LONG time.

If you can't stand the heights, get out of the line.
