SF Season Pass Renewal Stickers are not water proo

Has anyone had the problem with their sticker number coming off their 2003 renewal sticker on pass due to it getting wet? I got mine wet and the number came off the renewal sticker, now I'm wondering if I have to buy a new season pass sticker because of it. From what I'm hearing SF doesn't even care for their customers about season pass problems. Has anyone else been having trouble with their renewal stickers? Will I be able to use my season pass?

Don't know about the sticker issue, but for $10 they will replace a lost season pass. So at the worst it would cost that for a replacement. I expect though that they are aware of this problem and have a free solution if it is at all common.
From what you heard? Why dont you just explain the situation to the park? If you have the damaged sticke remains, I cannot see them being unreasonable. I know that @ SFA if you like replace your winshield, if you bring them the remains of the parking pass, they will simply give you another one.

Again, I think the "SF doenst care" mantra is highly exagerrated.

You also have to remember that ultimately it comes down to whether or not your magnetic strip on the pass shows you as holding a 2003 pass. That sticker really doesnt mean much more than telling you that they reactivated your account for another year. If you really want another sticker I am sure that they will give you another one and I am sure they dont even check the year on it, just the picture to see if it matches you...

The 2003 is just a lousy sticker.

I was pissed when I found out I paid 8 bucks shipping/handling for those 2 little stickers. But all it does is show you that your card is good for the 2003 season visually. Most Six Flags parks will scan it with the infared scanner on the barcode, and it'll show your good-to-go. Some parks just look at the pass and let you by... but they all have the scanner....

...sooo, I'd take it up with your local park and see if either they'll replace your pass for a 2003 one, or if it won't matter that the sticker wore out so as long as the barcode can be read.

I always keep my wallet in a plastic bag. Keeps it all dry.

3 days...

I just get a new pass each year & keep it in my fannypak so it doesn't get lost or damaged.

I'd hate to have it in my pocket & then end up snapping it by accidently stepping on it,that happened with my photo ID card & now I've gotta go to DMV & get another one.
