Of course a B:TR clone. Otherwise an SLC. Almost every SF park has one of those 2. Also, a boomerang of some variety. Not many parks don't have a Boomerang, Invertigo, or GIB. Include at least one wooden coaster. Probably an out and back, because I think most that have only one have an out and back. The only park I think of that has only one that is a twister is SFMW. Finally, have a S&S tower (the 2 SF parks that currently have them are 3 legged, I think, so make it 3-legged) or a roto drop.
Coasters should be:
inverted/slc, 2 wood (out and back, twister), hyper (intamin, b&m, or giovanola), at least two kiddie coasters, boomerang of some sort, are definites. Then you need another looper or two (b&m floorless or sitdown, and or arrow). Depending on if you're park is huge or not, add another kiddie coaster and a different kind of coaster.
You definitely need a S&S set of towers, flume, shipwreck falls, and a bunch of other flats.

Note:
-Don't build any coasters with more than one train.
-Put the Entrance and Exit as far away from the train as possible so the guests have to walk farther on the platform.
-Higher one mechanic for the entire park, and set all the rides to inspected every 2 hours
-That's all for now, I'll think of more later!
...How about building a GIB and just leaving it there. Maybe a 'this ride is not open' sign or something?
