Sesame Place, is it a nice park?

I'm heading out to eastern PA on the 13th and plan on hitting Hershey park and Sesame Place. We're taking my 5 year old neice, and figured Sesame Place would be a cool place to take her to. I know it's an Anheuser-Busch park, now my question for those who visited Sesame Place, is it a nice park like all the other Anheuser-Busch parks, and is it worth a visit from a family stand point?

Thanks!

I went to Sesame Place once last summer.

I honestly felt it was the worst park I'd ever been too. Certainly not up to Busch standards. So bad that after less than two hours we had enough and figured we might as well try to see if we could get our money back as we left. They actually refunded us, which makes me think they even knew it was an exceptionally bad day.

Trash cans overflowing. All the wavepools/slides just reeked of urine. Areas not stroller accessable (in a park that gears to the very young)

As long as you understand it's primarily a small waterpark/play area for young children that to me, (a price doesn't matter type) was WAY overpriced.

I'm sure I hit the park on a less than great day (just from the no hassle refund we got), but I know I'll probably never set foot in the place again. Partially because of an experience that makes SFWOA seem good in comaprison and because my kids are getting older.

I took a handful of pics that day if you're interested. I always try to make a point to highlight the positive in my little park descriptions at the bottom of my main gallery pages. I think the Sesame Place description says it all. It barely hides my disgust.

Just passing along my experience. I'd be anxious to hear a good TR about the place.
