Semi off topic Hershey Stadium & Darien Lake

I love Rush, Dream Theater and Kings X, been a huge Kings X fan since the day they came out with the first album (also love their neighbors the Galactic Cowboys), Rush is sweet in concert, worth the 45 bucks I shelled out just to see Neil and the drum solo, and I just got into Dream Theater, love the new album, would love to see them in concert.

Not to stay off topic, but if you haven't done it yet, do yourself a BIG favor and buy "Metropolis Part II: Scenes from a Memory" and "Images and Words" :)

Got them both, I still love the new one though, I think I am missing Awake and maybe one or 2 other ones that they have.

Also highly recommended (by me, anyway) is Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence.

The Galactic Cowboys are also great. I saw them opening for Dream Theater in Seattle back in the early 90's, and then in several club shows at the now-defunct (I believe, where's nasai? ;) ) RKCNDY.

All of the above bands are great to blast in the car during long drives between parks (to steer this back somewhat on-topic)

Don't have that one (Six Degrees), yeah I saw the Galactic Cowboys in Chicagoland, actually met them too as we were staying in the same hotel and I was in the elevator at the same time with them so that was cool. Too bad they no longer are a band though.

I'm going to see Van Halen at Hershey this summer, June 13. After 12 years I finally get to see Eddie live (Sammy's back!!!)

VAN HALEN LIVE!!!!!! Do you know if there are any tickets still available? I would LOVE to see them concert.

Oh, and if anyone's interested, Rush is going to be in Pittsburgh April 31st, I think. I just got their Greatest Hits album and love it. Great Band.

Tickets will go on sale mid-april. They are coming to the Mellon Arena, I know that much, even though the official announcement is forthcoming.... :) :)

Thank you very much. You are a very kind person. :)Ahh Pittsburgh, only 50 miles instead of 300.

Keep in mind that Hershey has 3 venues... Hersheypark Stadium / Star Pavillion (outdoors), Hersheypark Arena, and GIANT Center.

Still slightly off-topic, but I couldn't resist (and it IS winter)....What famous sports record was set in the HersheyPark Arena...hint...it was about 50 years ago and the person that did it is dead? Whomever can answer, it will show how old you are!!

"How was your ride?"
Well, March 2, 1962, Wilt Chamberlain scores 100 points against the New York Knicks. That's 42 years ago, which I guess is "about 50".

I'm not that old, nor a basketball fan, I just know how to use Google :)
