Selva Mágica: Small Park in Guadalajara

Has anyone here ever been to Selva Mágica?

It is a small park next to the zoo in Guadalajara Mexico. The have the relocated Glissade from BGW, now known as Tornado.

I will be visiting Guadalajara in mid-July and may stop by for a visit.

Any information or impressions would be appreciated. I have never been to a foreign park and this may be my first.

What was I thinking? Asking such a question while anyone who may know is out having a life.

Pardon the somewhat hypocritical bump. Maybe on a Sunday night the "right" audience is out there?

Hey CoasterDad, I just wanted to pass along some info for you. :) You've probably heard of it, (if you haven't you're missing out) but rcdb is one of the best resources for park info. Here is a link to their page on Selva Magica:

I've often wondered from time to time, how to write good poetry- and make it all... Work.
Thanks for the info.

I am a frequent visitor to RCDB, and it is an excellent source for the facts. However, I was looking for more "atmospheric" information. Is it more like a carnival, amusement park, theme park etc.

The photos would suggest that it is more canival-esque, but only someone who has been there would really know.

In about a month, I will post a TR, and anyone who cares to read, will know.

No need to be sorry. You offered information. You had no way of knowing what I have seen or what research I have done.

I´ve never been there, but some vissitors of my Site have told me that is a small un-themed park with some atracctions and those 4 coasters.

In resume is more like a family park.
