SeaWorld to defend itself in investor class action over Blackfish impact

Pending a last-minute settlement, a federal jury is scheduled to be impaneled in San Diego next month to hear evidence in a high-stakes dispute pitting SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. and its former executives against investors who claim the Orlando-based company defrauded them.

Interesting, I'm currently in a jury pool for the United States District Court, Southern District of California. Probably not going to make it onto this panel, not that either side would want me sitting the jury for this case....
Seems like a hard case to make. It's not the cause of the stock price swing that you have to prove, it's intent to deceive.
