SeaWorld Entertainment settles class action suit over annual pass renewal billing

An Orange County man and three others sued, accusing SeaWorld Entertainment of automatically renewing their annual passes without their permission and then not refunding them for the extra months they paid, according to an amended federal lawsuit filed in Tampa in 2015.

I am pretty sure all of these installment pay pass deals have it in the agreement that you will be charged x amount for y amount of time - or - until you cancel. This seems to be a case of not reading what you are signing and not checking your credit card statement regularly.
