Season Passes-Buzz Poll?

I don't have any season passes for 2001, since, like Lynch, my homepark is Kennywood. Let's see how much it costs to go there per season...

If you buy a regular RAD ticket on a weekday, and you went five times a season, it would cost you $104.75. If you went ten times per season on weekdays, it would cost you $209.50. If you went 20 times, it would cost $419!


If you buy a RAD ticket on weekends, and you go five times a season it would cost you $129.75. If you go ten times a season on weekends, it would cost you $259.50. If you went 20 times, it would cost $519!

Yep. Last year, I went four times, but the thing is, I only paid full price for RAD twice. It's not too terribly hard to come across cheap Kennywood tickets due to all of the events that organizations around here have there. From high school days to company picnics, there's always some group trip goin' down at KW.

Kennywood is my home park, too, but that doesn't stop me from getting season passes for the "nearby" chains. ;)

I went to Kennywood 4 times last year, but I only paid full admission twice.

At least 3 VF passes (2 adult + 1 child). I've been a passholder since 1996, when CoastaMidget wasn't even a twinkle in my eye and CBaby actually was a baby (okay--she was 3). My pastime has become more and more expensive ever since!

Playette might spring for her second season pass since the 'Midget is finally tall enough to ride a VF coaster with the family.

There's a faint possibility I'll purchase a PCW family pass...but more than likely, I'll spend that $$$ on the house this year.

I'll be getting SFMM season passes for me and my wife again this year; just waitin' for the IRS to refund some of the money they stole from me this year!

Just to stay on-topic, I thought I'd throw this out there: So far, I plan on going to eight parks this year. Only two are in the same company, Kennywood and Idlewild. Just my luck, the one I would get a season pass for doesn't offer them. Shucks.
