You probably don't have a good enough image viewer. If you want a good free one, you can find it at
www.gimp.org. However, it is not for newbies, but it's the only free one I can think of. You sould goto Jasc.com and get the trail of Paint Shop Pro, thats a lot easier to use, but only lasts 30 days I think.
