Screaming Squirrel: trial at IAAPA

I was just wondering if anyone knows if a screaming squirrel will be on the magical midway at IAAPA. I know some people on this site talk to stan and crew at S&S, and was wondering if their might be a model.

Also, I still haven't gotten my confirmation in the mail, and it was to be sent oct 13. has anyone also not recieved theirs yet?

I HIGHLY doubt it. As of last week S&S had bought no space on the midway and I beleive it is now full. In addition, I think the SS only comes with a foundation, no stand-up base, so it would be a bit cost-prohibative to set one up for the show.

Nothing, really.

-ARM has a space and will probably bring a tower and/or Ali Baba
-Eurobungy has their usual crappy bungy four-in-one trampolines
-Fabbri will bring a Contact and/or their new tower ride with back-to-back seating
-Eli Bridge will have a Spider Mania
-Sellner will have a kiddie ride
-Frederikson will bring a slide
-California Inflatables and Cutting Edge Creations will have (guess what) inflatables

That's about the extent of it. Zamperla will have a few rides (including a new one) set up inside and I wouldn't be surprised to see Sartori bring the Techno Jump back another year.

2 years ago they had a full sized scad tower...but after last year, i don't know.

Iaapaorlando.com (which sometimes won't load) is the official website for the convention. For anyone interested they have a map of the show floor, including the Magical Midway (I think it was last updated a few weeks ago).

Thanks for the information LONNOL. I did IAAPA a few years ago and there were a few rides like a Booster and a Zamperla drop tower (terrible, terrible ride). I wasn't expecting something the size of a German fair, although the new drop tower sounds like it could be interesting.
