Scream Parts on I-44

While driving back from Branson I saw two flat bed trucks drive by with what was definitely Scream! track. Blue beam with yellow rail. Have they started vertical construction on this thing yet?

They are still slowly rolling out a few piece and here and there from the factory. On Americacoasters.com they seem to say that the lift is either partially up or layout ready to be put up. (I was unclear of the wording since no pictures)
