It's a Warner Bros. park with a Hanna Barbara character.  I thought Paramount had rights to Hanna Barbara.

Warner Bros actually sold the rights of the HB characters to paramount to use in their parks. WB can use the characters whenever they want.

The Scooby Doo film that is about to be released, was also filmed at the park, thats why they are making a ride based on the film. The park is not just a Theme park, it is a very succesful film studio as well.
