And to think I'm going all the way out to California for one of his shuttles! Well two, if ya count Montezooma.

Model coasters and rides
Don't expect anything from Greased Lightnin'. Back in the day, Tidal Wave was one pretty fun little ride. From a dead stop, in a matter of seconds, riders are shot forward at 55 mph, maneuvering through a loop forward and backwards. However, nowadays, this ride just feels old and doesn't quite add up to the more modern and extreme fare. It's also braked twice after the launch and before rentering the station so barely any of the train goes up the back spike. Montezooma is a true gem however.

Isn't it amazing how great his coasters have aged, and how they still provide great rides? Maybe B and Ms will age like that also, but to date, there is no other coaster manufacturer with coasters that ride as smooth as day 1 some 20 years later......
Zierer produced their barvarian mountain railroad in collaboration with Schwarzkopf. This looks to be another ride that will be ageles.....
Don't forget all the great flat rides he gave us also.
Its sad that such a great manufacturer went out of business, while some mediocre ones continued.......It's also sad that these greedy parks chose to remove the rides instead of repairing and maintaining them. White Lightning, King Kobra and Laser Loop shuttles would still fit great in those parks current lineups. Tidal Wave should have stayed put, and they should have found somewhere else for Batman (i find it funny they cloned this ride, as it was crammed into an area intended to fit only a shuttle loop). It's getting hard to find a bayern kurve.
Schwarzkopf rides will always be great, not matter what innovations come in the future.
