I remember going on robotics trips in HS (yes, we had a robotics team, it was awesome, and i'm heading to the Championship right now) we had to jump through hoops, sign away things, show schedules. I even remember the BGW.... i mean BGE physics trip we took. That took TWO MONTHS of planning, on top of just getting the permission, which took nearly all year.
You think someone would AT LEAST look at the schedule!

That's what I was thinking too. You would think that someone, just out of curiousity, would have looked at the website to perhaps check on park policies, or even to compare ticket prices. Yet somehow, not one school official, or any of those "top" students, noticed the park was closed.
Can you imagine what the four hour trip back must have been like?
Well I guess if you have no clue about what they were going to do at the park, you shouldn't be expected to have a clue when that park would be open or closed.

I know this is off topic, but what team are you with? I'm with 451 (Curie Division), actually typing this from the hotel room right now. Good luck to you guys.
Now back to closed amusement parks....
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
