Scenario help needed (no trainer)

Im playing one of the original scenarios and i need help. im currently @ work so i dont knwo the name, but the object is to double the park value in 3 years (or 4... i dont remember).

Does anyone have any tips on what to build and where?
I have a couple sets of RCT tips related to Cedar Point on my website (below). They aren't specific to any particular scenario, but there are no trainers required, and they will work in any part of the game (original, Corkscrew Follies, or Loopy Landscapes). If you let me know the name of the scenario, I'll see if I can help you out more!

joe: I vaguely remember that scene. I think it was the Evergreen Forest or something like that. Anyway, what I did to win that was just play it like any of the others, building a nice mixture of coasters/thrills/gentles and as the year the game ends began, I replaced all the thrill/gentle rides with newer models of the same type (because new rides add more to park value).

Oh one other thing, add flowers and benches and lights around your paths. that helps park value too

keep building coasters (make sure your peeps can ride them) and dont stop until you win cause the park value goes down if you dont build
Wackokid is right about not building, but even building shops/stalls, flat rides and so forth will help maintain a park value. Keep hiring staff, make sure the park is clean, all that sort of stuff.

If I remmember this correctly evergreen gardens does not involve park value.the only ones in the original game that do are Diamond heights and Katie's world.I can't recall the others right now.
