I don't believe that the OTSR's on Power Tower click at all... They are on some kind of pressure system or something.

Just FYI for the Orient Express. This coaster constantly has chain dog slips. The have come down in # over the past couple of years, but are still there. At least they shut down to verify when this happens.

Well, just yesterday, on Australia's newest - Spooky Coaster, my car arived at the elevator shaft and there was no elevator to pick me up. This whole section of the ride is powered by wheels, and is only light enough to see the track and the empty hole where the elevator was.

I know that it would stop, but it makes you wonder what would happen if the system decided to think that the elevator was there.

On this same ride, pre-opening, some technical difficulties popped up with the elevator. It is really comforting to see the mechanics rush out, and start snapping photos of everything. I guess when the ride blows up, then they've got photos to say "ok, here's where the problem was". :)

Other than that, at the same park, not on a coaster, but an interesting experience. It was Wild Wild West, the mega-themed flume. On the main lift hill, somehow the chaindog on the boat bumped, and the thing made the boat jump up in the air about a half-foot, then slam back down.

I wore a heavy duty glove on The Beast to see if I could touch the tunnel walls on the helix. Well.....you can. Don't do it. If I woulda skimmed em longer it woulda burned through the glove and then burnt my fingers!

Yea thats pretty dumb bud, your lucky you didn't lose a finger, My scary moments: While I was on King Cobra going up the hill my restraint failed and opened up and I had to squeeze it closed the whole time. The time I got stuck on top of Drop Zone for an hour and a half wasn't to fun either.

Oooo one time on the Beast, when we arrived in the station, the first car (which I was in) jumped as it went over a brake. I though it had de-railed. Another time I was scared was when I was on the Vortex and on the lift, the the train rolled back a little. We were at the top too.

I always get scared that the otsr is gonna break when we go up Boomerang's first lift.

While on Screamin Eagle At SFStl my restraint came undone on the lift hill and there aren't any seatbelts. I held on tight during the first couple of hills.

Also on June 11th at Cp i was riding Milennium force. We came through the brakes really fast and I heard the guy in the unloading station yelling Controls at everyone else.we slowed down to aout 15 mph but we continued through the unloading station where I could see that they were unloading people from the train they had just loaded.Finally we stopped and it was a hard stop and we were inches from the train in the loading Station. I turned around to see the third train coming to a halt just inches behind us. I thought it was going to be Superman all over again.

How does MF use 3 trains, I read somewhere the next train doesn't dispatch until the one on the track gets into the breaks.
