You are Soooooo Lucky! That ride hurt. What ever it is they have in the works, it's bound to be great. It would be fatal for them to replace that pice of junk with another piece of junk. I'm sure it will be a proven ride.

Who designed Windjammer?

Togo International, a Japanese based manufacturing firm. They also built the following coasters -

• Viper @ SFNJ
• Manhattan Express @ NY NY Hotel & Casino
• Ultra Twister @ SFAW
• King Cobra @ PKI
• ShockWave @ PKD
• SkyRider @ PCW

stupid togo, they need to know how to design good coasters, and not make the restraints hard as a rock, they dont know the meaning of smoothness do they?

Well, all I have to say is that it's about time they get rid of that miserable excuse for a ride. I don't know why they got rid of the Soap Box Racers for that red and yellow piece of crap.

Does Togo owe anyhing to Cedar Fair for Wind Jammer?
Maybe Togo will build a King Kobra (clone) or a Ultra Twister in it's place.

I'm not positive, but I don't think TOGO makes shuttle loops like the defunct King Kobra at PKD. And besides, Knott's already has a great shuttle loop, Montezuma's Revenge.

How about Togo never goes near Knotts again? :) Anyway, nice to see it on its way out! The "official" person at Knotts probably did not know ,but others at the park do. Not everyone is in charge of new rides, just a lucky select few! I work at Knotts and haven't a clue what is coming next!
