Suppose I download a park and I see some scenery I like in the misc. section- How can I get it in the scenery section of the sceneriao editor?

Once you download a park with any custom scenery it should install directly into your object data folder,from there you can select it in the editor when building a new park by using the advanced button on the scenery selection window when selecting what theme items you want in your scenario.
