Rye Playland Offering Seasonal Pass

I am happy that Rye Playland is going to be opening this year. They sent out an e-mail with the deal (which I think is very undervalued).

There are two different prices, One for Westchester County residents and one for "foreigners"...people who are non-Westchester Couty residents.

I was under the impression that the county hadn't awarded the operating contract yet, or did I miss it?
