Former board member Roy Disney is suing Disney to force the company to reveal which employees voted or did not vote for Eisner's re-election as board chair and CEO for the purpose of demonstrating a lack of confidence in his ability. Disney wants to require Roy to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Roy Disney said he does not wish to know how individual workers voted, but rather how participants in the company's 401(k) and other retirement plans voted as a group.
