Roy Disney sues Disney to find out how employees voted on Eisner

Former board member Roy Disney is suing Disney to force the company to reveal which employees voted or did not vote for Eisner's re-election as board chair and CEO for the purpose of demonstrating a lack of confidence in his ability. Disney wants to require Roy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
