I did a search and I couldn't find anything on the topic. Looks like Roswell NM is in plans of creating an alien themed amusement park. Should be interesting to see how this pans out none the less. *** Edited 5/27/2007 7:26:32 AM UTC by SuperCell***

Kennywood did a really neat job theming the new "Cosmic Chaos"..(Disk O) . They really did a cool job dressing up the actual ride as a UFO, not to mention all the little martians standing around taking photos and eating popcorn, ect.... and the safety message is synthesised, you can only understand it from cerain angles during the cheque line process.

I thought it was kinda neat! :) But an entire park? Hmmmm.......

In the article it says that the coaster proposed is under construction at another theme park for almost 100 million. I must be having a brain fart. I can't find anything on rcdb that comes close to 100 million.

I was about to say Expedition Everest, but then caught the "Under Construction" bit. Hmm...

I just hope they don't decide to give their rides names like "The Impregnator" and "Anal Probe."

Or a restaurant named "To Serve Man." (It's a Cookbook!!!) :)

I bet they are referring to EE and the guy does not have his facts straight. Then again, I could be wrong.

rollergator's avatar A roller coaster similar to the one Temmer proposed is under construction at another theme park for almost $100 million, Montgomery said."

So, EE is Vekoma...that means...they're buying a Vekoma? Maybe a custom Vekoma? Why am I envisioning a themed Rollerskater? ;)

LOL, I don't mean to dismiss the two alien figures out in front of the queue...theming is important! :)

I remembered an interview done with this gentleman about a year and a half ago on another podcast. I would love to share the link, but I do not want to show any disrespect since this particular podcast has been somewhat controversial. What can I do?

I really think this interview would be really informative to anyone interested. *** Edited 5/30/2007 2:24:31 AM UTC by Floorless Fan*** *** Edited 6/5/2007 11:13:40 PM UTC by Floorless Fan***
