Yes i have been there...in fact i work there as a life gaurd. It's a pretty nice park. It's not the biggest but i do think it beats out sea breeze and darien lake's water parks. The attractions include two speed slides, a family raft slide, three tube slides, a kiddie lagoon, a lazy river, a wave pool and muar lake which you can take kayaks, canoes and a pontoon boat on. There is also a fishing hole too. Plus, there is plenty of room to expand in the future! (58 acres total.)
That doesn't sound all like THAT much is really there to do...

No offense at all... since it is a new park... but it really needs to add more to be with it. I would say that SFDL would have had that beaten in 1998 when they had their other slides in!!!

I guess the main question will remain... is it the best waterpark in town, or is there a better one within driving distance?? Ie: Is Wet N Wild in Preudommes Landing in Canada better??

Personally, I'm apprehensive about this park for the sheer fact if it's worth spending a day there for 20 bucks. Sounds relatively cheap, but keep in mind... it's just a water-park, and does it truly offer anything totally unique and original that isn't offered to any parks around here??

I saw a special on The Travel Channel during Memorial Day on the best Water-Parks, and they sure had some really wikid original slides. One of them (offered at a couple different parks) had you go down a normal slide then into a giant bowl and let it spin & spin you until you flow out the center (like a giant toilet bowl!).

I think it needs a set of 4 regular slides in order to get my repeated business... but that's only judging from what you said and what I read on their web site!

I went to their website and contacted them and they replied saying that they are sending me a huge packet about their new park:)
