Ah, but DD has a separate load/unload cycle. Thus, the bottleneck block becomes "well educated customers, good staff unloading and loading" vs. "dumb customers, lackluster staff just loading." Hrm... *** Edited 2/7/2004 6:39:45 AM UTC by ApolloAndy***
