Rollerghoster was shot during Octoberfest 2000 in Munich by very young filmmakers. The "set" was the biggest transportable rollercoaster worldwide.

I really didn't understand it. The only funny pat was the ride op!

Strange, I must have missed the point. Todd is correct, the ride op is pretty funny.

I found the clip amusing in a strange sort of way. Leave it to the germans to make a roller coaster disturbing. The thing i just don't get is at the end shouldn't it have been the guy's head that came off? The whole idea was that he was too tall right? Maybe the whole point was to surprise you by having the girl be-headed, but if i'm missing something please let me know. Lousy germans.

I thought it was extremely weird, but very entertaining. I love the reactions of the guy during the ride. I've seen quite a few short films, and compared to some of them, this one isn't all that strange.

d7droog52 - That was the humorous twist. Did you see the people lift up the sign so the guy would be short enough but the girl winds up too short?

i thought that they lowered the sign from where it originally was, which would mean that the guy is still too tall. Plus, if the girl was beheaded and the guy is taller than her, wouldn't he beheaded too? Now i'm just thinking too much about this dumb movie. Either way, it was entertaining if nothing else

But didn't the guy lose his head as well at the end?

did he? I'm pretty sure it was only the girl, but my view got a little blurry towards the end.
d7droog52 - Yes, you are overthinking it! Logic would say that the guy should lose his head but the point is that when the lifted the sign up, the guy was within' the size limits, the girl wasn't, so she was the one in trouble! It's not supposed to make sense logically. Did you notice that the head restraints were taller then both of them?

Hey, I'm the guy from Rollerghoster and I DID loose my head too (it's in the sound!). Should be... :)
