Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 Price!
I found Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 at Bestbuy yesterday for only 10 bucks. My little brother broke my cd in half, so I easily replaced it.
Yeah, I think now they are mostly pushing the RCT2-WW bundle pack, so they probably lowered the original game's price to get rid of them.
So the lesson here is if I wait 14 months, I can save $20?
The exact reason I spend the $20 extra is for that 14 months of playing time.
Still a good deal for those wanting a game that's over a year old...and just in time for X-mas with clueless parents looking for inexpensive PC games for the kids.
Well, perhaps the parents buying the game for their kids will take a look at the package and see it as a fun game, rather as disappointments as enthusiasts have labeled it.
I'm still a semi-enthusiast, and yes RCT2 and its expansion packs do have some low spots, but overall it is still pretty good. Shame its collecting dust as I play Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004.
