Roller coaster in Daytona Beach derails

I believe this is the Sand Blaster Zyklon coaster. Although I have never ridden it here, I rode it years ago when it was at DelGrosso's in PA.

Holy crap! That's terrible. How the hell does that happen?

Yikes! That looks really bad. This is a spectacular malfunction, the kind that should never happen on an amusement park ride. This park is in a lot of trouble.

I heard from a friend that visited that the ride was really sketchy looking.

It was a fun little coaster with an outstanding first drop back when I rode in 2003 at DelGrosso's. It was also wonderfully maintained at that park.
