Robin Hood

This question is directed to all the international coaster riders out there. I have been looking at pics of Robin Hood at Six Flags Holland and was just wondering what kind of ride it is. I'm curious to know what the ride is like especially since it was designed by Vekoma(kinda odd). The design of the trains on this ride are phenomenal. The layout of the ride is interesting too. It looks full of gradually descending hills and bankeds turns. Is it a high speed ride? It looks like one.

From what I have heard from those who have rode it and from what I have saw as POV's both Werewolf at SF Belgium and Robin Hood at SF Holland are great rides. Great fast pacing, full of air, and downrigth good rides. If only Vekoma's non wooden coasters were as good.

Could you give a more specific link, because i visited that link and was unable to find a download for any videos.

Yeah there is no link on that site to download the videos, or maybe its because I cant read Dutch? hhmm, not sure, but thanx for the help!

Robin Hood does not deliver as much airtime as Werewolf. There's one or two spots, but otherwise it's a bit of a letdown. The cars on the other hand are extremly comfortable and feel nostalgic. However, the lap bars on both versions will slam down on you while riding unless you hold it up in some way.

They took the downloads off again due to high bandwidth use... that what it says under the red text. Sorry.

There's not much to say concerning Robin Hood except that it's one of the best wooden coasters in Europe, and probably one of the best Vekomas ever built. After its revamp mid 2002 the ride is faster than ever, and provides extreme airtime and very high speeds.

CoasterVideos has bandwidth problems again, which is explained in the *German* text below. Just be patient, it won't be long before their movies will be back online again.
