Well I think him and Elissa may be gone cause I emailed them a couple of times too to ask questions on the movie and haven't gotten a response when the last time I emailed them, I got a response right away. I would just wait a little longer (3 or 4 days) and If you haven't heard a reply by then, then you should email him back and order again.
Once I ordered my vids, they got here, Sacramento, CA, in a week exactly. I ordered them on a Thursday and Robb emailed me back telling me he was behind so he wouldn't be able to send them out till Monday, so the next Monday I got the vids. So it was a week unless you count the days I had to wait before he sent the videos.
