Since none of the music is licensed for use in the videos, couldn't Robb get sued? I hear BMI and ASCAP are very nasty in that regard. I worked at a nightclub that had to pay a licensing fee, even though 95% of the bands never played any covers.

Technically, he doesn't have to pay royalties since he is not making a profit from using the music. The money he charges for the videos is to cover his costs from making them.
