Rippin' Rocket is out!

I don't know if anyone said this yet, but Rippin' Rocket(K'Nex new coaster) is out. I got it at the Tagert on the west side of Madison, WI.It was $79.99.
So how do you like it and how does it compare to the Screamin Serpent? Is it worth the money, and how does the launch system work? Can it launch a Screamin Serpent train or is it too heavy for it?

We know... there was a topic on it a few weeks ago. I've had one since then.

DELETED! What time does the water show start?

I got mine 2 days ago and I am already finished with and and I tore it down and i built mr. freeze! And I also have 7 screaming serpent sets..and unfortunately the screamin serpent car will not launch because the seats on the ss car hit the boosters!

But overall, I love the Rippin Rocket!! The boosters are a little noisy but very powerful! I plan on making a Jokers Jinx model soon but not until I make a custom launched coaster!!

Carefully lube the gears in the launch box...that should help with some of the noise. Use a light modeling lubricant.

Huh? So you just lube the gears in the booster and it makes it quiet? Sounds weird, but it just may work!!
