I develop Superior Solitaire when not riding coasters.
But barcodes are on the back this year at CP, right? Hey, more room!
They may be the first park in recent memory to snatch UP the regular price of season passes in the offseason. As of September '04, I sure thought the regular price was gonna be $89.95 and now it's $94.95.
Then again, I could be wrong.

I was also under the impression that the highest price for a season pass was 89.
Read the entertainment guide carefully. You'll see.
I can't imagine a major coaster going there unless they also re-routed the railroad and clapped over Depot refreshements...and even then, you'd only be looking at a lift hill, station house, queues and maybe one major element over there, tops.
But you never, ever know....
(and squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek goes Pandora's Box)

Who's getting a clone of what?

Of course, this is after Orient Express is rebuilt and something rises out of the track at SFStL, and Alton Towers gets the Booster Bike, and XLR8 is removed, and the B&M coaster rises at WoF, and CF trades WoF for SFNO (after buying Blackpool Pleasure Beach)...
Whatever you say, you are the man Cal. ;)
Memorial Day weekend annoucement for WOF. I have no idea when VF's is. And I must say that Jon is very anti Cal, so he will spam whatever I say.

I know the Dip N Dots guy who told you everything you know.
Oh, wait...you guys already have one, right?

edit: I can't get the link to work, but it works elsewhere....it may be the added text this site adds, but I am not sure. Basically in November, CF filed The Patriot as a trademark for all the stuff associated with a new large ride like cups and keychains and posters and whatever.

Chaos, Corkscrew, Enterprise, Looping Starship, Skyscraper, Antique Autos, Bumper Boats, Bumper Cars, Carousel, Ferris Wheel, Flying Trapeze, Go-Carts, Hot Air Balloons, Mad Mouse, Monster, Scrambler, Tilt-a-whirl, Rockin' Tug...and the list goes on.
At least at WOF we can say that we only have 3 rides that suffer from "name the ride what type of ride it is-itis" Boomerang, Scrambler and Octopus. You could argue that Sea Dragon is one as well, but at least it fits the Scandinavian theme. So perhaps 4 total. Also of the "cookie cutter" CF:LP names, we have only two - RipCord and ThunderHawk. You can't say that about VF.
So begin the fan boys war. ;)
Not getting into the VF/WoF *woofing*....not until I at least get to visit VF...;)
Besides, I rather they RUN the rides well than NAME them well....is VF's Morgan hyper sadly overbraked as well? The only one I've ridden that runs *freely* is PR, and that thing is nothing short of awesome...
edit: LOL, should say *something* about the RipCord thingy...by having it as an "optional upgrade", I think they just MIGHT end up with a wait-time problem on their hands....skycoasters aren't known for their tremendous capacity...;)
Solution: They'll charge $20-25 for an upgrade sticker that gives 50% off all upcharged rides in the park....voile!
gator, solving problems that haven't even been identified since 1967...:)
