Rights to Scooby Doo

I know Paramount has rights to Hanna Barbara, but Six Flags St. Louis has a Scooby Doo ride. Is it because of the new movie being Warner Bros.?

A rollercoaster? What's that?

AOL Time Warner, the company that was the former owner of Six Flags and currently owns DC Comics and the Looney Tunes, owns Hanna Barbara. The company that built PKI, PKD, etc. also owned Hanna Barbara back then and sice then the parks were purchased by Paramount while AOL TW got hold of HB. I remember reading that Paramount can use the characters until like 2008, and after then who knows. Now Six Flags is beginning to use them thanks to their agreement with AOL TW to use their characters. I see SF keeping the rights for now seeing that they own more parks, have more visitors, and make more money than tha Paramount parks.
